Commissioned by Loughborough University for the MECS programme and co-sponsored by the IEC, this study traces how a digitized electric-cooking credit is created and travels the full lifecycle, from generation and verification through issuance, transfer and retirement, across standards, registries and Article 6 infrastructure. CarbonMarketsHQ is prime contractor and technical lead, authoring the reference architecture the sector will build against. In other words: we are writing the interoperability blueprint.
